Returns
We want you to love your Sockmates, but we understand that sometimes things just don't work out. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- A proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@sockmates.store with your order number, item details, and the reason for your return. Our customer support team will provide you with detailed instructions for returning your items.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as an incorrect or damaged item.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved.
- Approved refunds are automatically credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@sockmates.store. We'll promptly resolve the issue by sending a replacement item or issuing a full refund, including return shipping costs if applicable.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
